I was frantic when I spoke to Farah at Method RS.  Suntuity who installed/maintained my solar panels abruptly ended our service agreement and the internet was blowing up with angry customers.  Farah listened carefully to my story and referred me to Matthew.  He was knowledgeable helpful and kind, providing me with solutions to my situation.  I will be forever grateful to Farah , Matthew and Method RS for helping this senior in her hour of need  without expectations. After struggling with our insurance claim regarding our roof damages we got in contact with Luis Kinyon at Method roofing and solar. He changed the whole equation! He helped us through the whole process and also became the PM for the project that went really smooth and fast. We also got good help and support from Jermaine to ensure that everything was following the tight schedule. The crew that was doing the hard work didn’t slack a second and it was just a big joy to watch them following their pattern to be as efficient as possible.The customer focus was top notch from all involved.
